Living room with sitting area and dining area, modern kitchen with dishwasher, 2 sunny balconies with very wide views and 2 luxurious bathrooms with walk-in shower. Three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 3 single beds and a workspace. Of course, there is free WiFi and all Dutch channels in HD quality can be received on the TV. Have a nice weekend: When departing on Sunday, always includes late check-out until 8 p.m.

Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

On the lower floor of the building is our small farm café, which is only open on weekends. From there, a staircase leads to the loft. The living level is about 65 square meters, an open sleeping level can be reached via another staircase!
