Monthly Rentals in Elmwood Place

I had a wonderful stay over the past few weeks! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to laundry and other thoughtful amenities. The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

Anthony was very communicative throughout the whole process, from the booking to the check-in and checkout. Place was very clean and as described in the listing. Was a short 15 min drive to downtown Cincinatti which was a plus for us. Don't hesitate to book here if you ever need a place to stay in Cincinatti.

This wasn't the first time we've stayed with Vicky and it certainly won't be the last! Always a fun and relaxing place to stay! Highly recommended.
