The apartment is located on the edge of the vineyards overlooking the Michelberg and in the immediate vicinity of the saltworks in the beautiful climatic health resort of Bad Dürkheim. Both the city center, the spa gardens and direct access to the vineyards are a few minutes' walk away. The small Schwarzfabrik is ideally suited as a starting point for family activities, hiking and cycling through the vineyards as well as the Palatinate Forest, which offers many refreshment stops.

Upon your arrival, freshly made beds await you - fresh towels are also ready for you. The apartment was completely newly renovated and refurbished in 2018 (new bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, etc.). Our apartment with approximately 100 m² is particularly suitable for families /couples and business travelers. Thanks to the excellent connection to the A650 highway, you can reach Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim or Heidelberg in a few minutes by car.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Those who love the exclusive feel at home in our "country house." On 66 square meters on the first floor, you will find an open kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two bedrooms. In the courtyard, there is a terrace with seating, a parking space with storage for bicycles. As a holiday guest in our house, you can rent our private spa & sauna area at a discounted special price.

Attic apartment in the heart of Gönnheim

In our apartment you will find everything you need for a cozy stay in a feel-good atmosphere. It was completed in 2021 and offers an open-plan living area with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The 34 m², bright apartment is south-facing. All windows face the green inner courtyard and provide plenty of light. Elke and Stephan live on the property and run the Stephan Schäfer carpentry shop.
