10/10! Great location, peaceful and serene. Plenty for a couple of pre-teen boys to do, including pickleball, tennis, and bike riding. Great running and walking paths. We couldn't have asked for a better more affordable place for our family to feel at home while away from home!

We loved everything about our stay here. The location is fabulous, the house beautiful and has everything you could need, and Carolyn was extremely accommodating about letting us check in a little early since it was ready, and then helping us with a forgotten item. We really hope to come back again for another visit!

The most beautiful place I’ve stayed. From the hosts to the mountains and the farm, it was absolutely perfect.

And absolutely beautiful location. Peaceful and serene and right next to the river. We saw a bald eagle and lots of geese. House was comfortable and well-stocked. Gina And Jay were very responsive when we had a question. Absolutely one of the nicest stays we’ve had in the Sunriver area!!!

We loved our stay. We especially loved being able to hear the concerts while sitting on the porch swing. We enjoyed walking along the river and everything was super easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a fabulous time at Tram's house. We were impressed with the welcome bottle of wine and bag of ice in the freezer. The house is lovely, spacious and has all commodities and entertainment for a busy family. The tree house and play area was perfect for our grandchildren. It was a plus to have plenty of toys like bicycles, paddle boards, floaties, etc. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, close to the Deschutes river, and 25 minutes to Twin Lakes. We would love to come back and stay longer. For sure, we recommend Tram's house hands down.

This cabin was a great place for a relaxing weekend on the river! Highly recommend and would gladly stay there again. Tenaya was a proactive and responsive host.

We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect and the river view was even better than expected. We spent a lot of our time exploring nearby lakes and lava flows, but our time at the house was so comfortable. Hot days but the ac kept inside perfectly cool. The river toys are perfect for a little exploring, though this early in the year the water is brisk! You've been warned! Megan was a fantastic host, and was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Everyone loved the house, and we'll probably want to book it again in the not too distant future.

Overall this home was very nice! Some of the highlights were that it was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and many amenities were included like spices, dishwasher detergent, etc. Having wood to build a fire in the winter was also very nice!

We were at Black Butte Ranch for a wedding. The cabin was perfect for our stay. Very clean, host gave good instructions and was proactive with information, and it had all the amenities we would need. Would stay again.

I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here. I will definitely come back here again. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The mornings here were absolutely stunning. The bed was so comfortable. It had everything we need. The screen porched wrapped around the house which I loved. I miss it already.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda's place! It's tucked away in the woods which made it feel private and you're surrounded by nature, which we liked. We enjoyed the fireplace, and the open kitchen / dinning room / living room is great for socializing with family. I would recommend this place if you're coming to Black Butte.

Amazing place to stay! The cabin is cozy and gorgeous - we were extremely impressed when we arrived! The area is absolutely beautiful - definitely take advantage of the hike around the lake! - and we had no problems getting to the cabin, directions were clear and helpful. Tracy and Bill were kind and responsive, although we didn’t contact them much since our stay went so smoothly.

This cabin is more than just a lovely place to stay, it’s truly an experience. From the cleanliness of the space to the beautiful decor to the thoughtful amenities, Justin truly thought of everything you need to enjoy beautiful Black Butte Ranch and its stunning landscape. The kitchen is stocked with high quality cooking tools and spices to cook cozy meals, and we enjoyed making amazing coffee each morning in the Moccamaster with the local coffee beans he provided. We utilized the resort amenities to play golf, go to the spa, and hang out by the lakeside pool. In the guest guide inside the cabin, Justin provided great local recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and fun nearby activities - definitely utilize these! We’re already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Justin for an amazing stay!

Stayed at the Sunriver House for Memorial Day Weekend. It was very well stocked and we enjoyed access to and use of the paddle boards and kayaks. It's a beautiful house and everything was clean upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Wow. Speechless. After just one night, we decided to spend our next entire New Year’s holiday here. This place is beyond incredible. No photo or review can prepare you for the view in person. The attention to detail in this Airbnb is truly next-level. We absolutely loved our weekend. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had, 100% top of our list.

The house was beautiful and there was so much to do. The game room was so much fun! We took the bikes out for a relaxing ride by the woods and even stopped to shoot hoops at the basketball court nearby. The house provided everything for us to make meals and there was also extra towels and blankets for us to use. Communication w the host was great I would definitely recommend this place !

My family of 14 (extended) were in town for my niece's wedding and this house was perfect for our 3 night stay! David was a responsive and friendly host.

We had a great stay here! It was an easy drive to downtown Bend but had a really nice, quiet feel. We loved being so close to the river. The place was super clean and beautiful and had plenty of space to accommodate a bigger group.

The house was really cool! Loved the amount of space we had for our group, would absolutely recommend this to anyone considering a multi family trip or guys/girls trip.
