I actually didn't get a chance to stay at this lovely apartment . family issues forced me to not be able to go . it was too late to cancel with Air bnb. the host and I will work setting out the next time I decide to stay. the host was very responsive

What originally drew me to this listing, besides the look of the place, was how complete and informative his listing was…very helpful esp not being familiar with the area. Our stay was perfect, everything was as advertised…clean, well stocked and close to all we wanted to do and would definitely recommend staying at CH Residence in Bayonne!! Thank you for everything 😊

11/10 — This house was so nice and Shaquille was very helpful. Even when I had questions in the middle of the night about the house, they were answered in a timely manner. I definitely recommend booking. I walked a couple blocks from the unit and found some good food and a cute outfit! Definitely check out the terrace as well. It’s a cute little vibe with a nice view.

Stella’s place felt right at home. Everything was clean and comfortable, and she provided more than what was expected. Would return anytime I’m in the area.

Great place! Check in was super easy with the instructions that were provided to us. The home was lovely. Exactly what we needed for traveling with my daughter and her best friend. The girls loved the bunk beds. Loved the toiletry kits! The toothpaste/brush came in super handy! Location is right off the highway and that was perfect. The only reason I was considering giving 4 stars is because the location is across from a bar/club so at 2am it was noisy, cars beeping, the music booming … Which wasn’t TERRIBLE for us bc we went to a concert that night so we were naturally up until about 1 am. But had I been trying to go to sleep around 9pm I would’ve gone mad. Not the hosts fault - just the location. I would be cautious if you need a place on the weekend if you don’t like loud noise … But could be a positive bc it seemed like everyone was having a good time! If I wasn’t with my kid I would’ve joined them 🥳 Host allowed for late check out which I appreciated.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

This was a great place to stop on our roadtrip. Very clean and Jennifer was great at communicating. Highly recommend!

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

place is bigger then expected. It was very clean. Not everything was as stated in listing but when we ran out of things he was very responsive. The only critique I have was parking was a little challenge and it was in a urban area.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's place. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Penn Station, making it super easy to reach New York City in under 30 minutes. Getting into the accommodation was hassle-free thanks to the digital lock. The home is spacious and exactly as shown in the listing photos. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The dining area was one of our favorite spots—perfect for enjoying a peaceful breakfast with a lovely morning ambiance. We had visited the near by supermarket and grill house at the corner and it was very convenient Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we're visiting New York.

Anne’s Airbnb was a wonderful stay. We chose it for proximity to a friend’s house and the walking distance to target, whole foods and Starbucks. We were pleased with how spacious it was and how comfortable it was. The TV’s are big and on guest mode, which is a small detail, but I was comfortable using my logins for streaming shows. We’d definitely stay again.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

The place was clean, well maintained. Perfect for a short stay. Close enough to walk to the train station that takes you straight to MetLife stadium.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place
