Vacation rentals with a patio in Eliot

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The loft was as nice as the photos. It was very clean and had everything you need. From towels to makeup wipes & tooth brushes. Beds & pillows were comfy. Great location. Walk right out to shops, restaurants and the harbor. Very safe area. I would highly recommend if going to Newburyport.

Very nice place, reasonable price and very close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Amanda was great to communicate with. We were able to check in early. We did have an issue with the keypad once, reached out to Amanda and it was resolved quickly. Amanda was great with communication before we even checked in. I was a little concerns because I’ve never used an Airbnb before. Wasn’t sure how it worked as far as extra towels and necessities and Amanda was great, she told me that there would be enough and if not, she would Provide more. We would definitely like to stay there again. I think the only thing that I would suggestion is curtains on the windows. There are blinds on the windows but being that close to the main strip it’s very bright and it always looks like it is daytime in the apartment when it is nighttime. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book again.

We’ve stayed at this place before with friends, this time we got it for ourselves! Great place right on the beach, friendly neighbors who let you do your own thing. Will definitely stay again! :)

Such a lovely place! The host provided plenty of suggestions for our stay. The common areas were great for relaxing. The rooms were cozy and spacious. The bathroom had everything we needed and more. The outdoor patio was quiet and private. The neighborhood was very cute! There was plenty of parking available. We were only a 20 min walk from downtown Salem. The host communicated very clearly regarding all necessary details. Check in and out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

What a delightful, clean, well appointed home! We felt so at home from the moment we stepped in. It was perfect for my family and gave us a wonderful place for our stay in the area. The house was so clean and has the charm of an older home while still maintaining all the modern conveniences. It is tastefully decorated and truly very comfortable. The home is located very close to downtown Portsmouth and is just a short walk if you don't want to take your vehicle. We enjoyed our time there and gave us some great family memories. This is a great place to stay just outside of Ogunquit its only 7 mins down the road. All the comforts of home and amenities. We would stay here again. it's also centrally located enough to do ALOT we went as far south as Boston and as far north as Acadia national park and as far west as white mountain national forest.

This was my second stay, and it was just as great as the first! The home is spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It has such a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I truly appreciate how consistent the experience has been, and Kathy continues to be kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from booking to check out. Kara was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and the house was extremely clean. The hot tub was a nice touch for the end of the day relaxation. Thanks for a great stay!

The photos and description provide an accurate representation of the the place. It is clean, non-cluttered, and everything worked as expected. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. I found it to be a good value for the price and would stay there again. Communications with the host were pleasant and they were prompt in responding when I messaged them.

I cannot say enough about the beauty and cleanliness of this home! I have stayed in many rental homes and there is always something that makes me cringe a little, but not this place. Every corner of the home was spotless, it smelt clean, the furniture was all clean and comfortable. The view and the water activities were so enjoyable! We spent most of one day on the paddle boards and enjoying the peaceful water surroundings. The outside house and shower made for easy cleanup too! I saw some reviews on the sound from the nearby highway but once you’re inside or outback on the deck/dock we heard nothing. Completely serene and this is coming from a family who lives in a very rural, quiet home. The location is nearby Portsmouth and Kittery, Maine - where we spent a lot of time! Also a lot of hiking nearby. Darryl was also extremely responsive, friendly, and informative. And the added touches throughout the home were truly appreciated!

Beautiful, tranquil surroundings and within an easy hour drive to get to various coastal towns. The house is in big and allowed for everyone to have their own space. Everything is pristine within the house and the views from the back deck are AMAZING!!! Sue was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality and attention to details in the house.

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

Thank you for a lovely place to get away to for the weekend. Waking up to the mountains and the stream overlooking our room was breathtaking. Can not wait to come back. We highly recommend a stay here. Quiet, clean and close to many restaurants. Thank you again😊

The Porch House is the perfect place to stay in Salem. Alex & David were gracious and dependable hosts. Everything was easy and detailed. The house is gorgeous, perfect creaky wood floors and lovely natural light, comfy beds, all the necessities and lovely extras like local coffee and a welcome treat. Alex offers great ideas for your stay. The location is perfect..just steps away from the busy tourist area, but quiet and lovely. Any way you walk from the house there are things to do. Being close to the Commons is delightful and we loved coffee on the porch and watching the locals walk their dogs. It’s incredibly clean, full kitchen, great linens. Minutes to walk to the wharf, the center of town or the other restaurants and coffee places around. Right across the street from Goodnight Fatty which will thrill you if you like sweets. If you are lucky, you’ll meet the gorgeous house cats. Thank you for making our stay so lovey.

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

We had a great stay here for a quiet weekend away. It was perfect for what we needed and was within walking distance to some delicious places to eat & shop! The room was clean and very nicely decorated. Thanks for a great stay

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Seriously, this was a super find! Perfect for a couple who wants to stay and explore the area! It was so centrally located to drive to town and Rockport and walk to galleries, the beach, and more! The kitchen had everything, not your typical Airbnb with 4 dishes and 4 spoons. EVERYTHING we needed/wanted was already there, laundry detergent, sunscreen, welcome binder, hangers, etc... We wish we had planned more than 3 days. And it was wonderful to have a dedicated parking space and private entrance as well as a GIANT deck with a table and cornhole too. We had a great stay and hope you do too!
