Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Eliot

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from booking to check out. Kara was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and the house was extremely clean. The hot tub was a nice touch for the end of the day relaxation. Thanks for a great stay!

The photos and description provide an accurate representation of the the place. It is clean, non-cluttered, and everything worked as expected. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. I found it to be a good value for the price and would stay there again. Communications with the host were pleasant and they were prompt in responding when I messaged them.

Darryl is extremely responsive and helpful! His place was perfect for a weekend getaway for me, my sister, and our dog. For anyone traveling with dogs, would definitely recommend! We had no problem with ticks and she loved running in and out of the water and walking in the neighborhood, and decent shade outdoors in the afternoon.

Camille’s place was a home away from home. Very centrally located to shopping, dining and sightseeing with quick access to several beaches. Beautifully renovated with nice touches like extra pillows on beds and fluffy towels in the bathroom. Perfect for a couple or a small family; with a nice outdoor area for a fire, grilling or just relaxing. We enjoyed the proximity to all of the spots we wanted to see and the bright and airy feel of the space overall. Definitely looking forward to returning.☀️

We had a great time at the Gilmanton Artist Studio. The living area, with the high ceilings, large windows, and fireplace is beautiful and comfortable. The outside area is peaceful, you can roam around, sit and enjoy the sun or make a fire and look at the stars at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner and we also used the grill outside. The hosts are very nice and responsive. My mom forgot a pair of earrings on the side table and Elizabeth found them and mailed them to her. Truly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to go back.

Carol and Joe were amazing. This Airbnb is a gem in Rockport. Close to everything. The view outside the porch is perfect, the inside was pristine, and Carol and Joe were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this space!!!

The place was easy to find and Holly provided clear instructions to get in. Holly’s place had a lot of thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, extra charging cables and band-aids. There were helpful little notes that explained how everything worked (A/C, TV, space heater). Holly provided us with an assortment of small snacks, coffee, tea as well as half and half. Everything was clean and in great condition. Holly was quick to get back to me about the parking passes for the beach - which it turned out, we didn’t need. Both the bed and couch were comfortable to sleep on. The only downside was that it was really bright in the mornings which made sleeping-in a bit harder, but if you wear a sleep mask or are an early riser there is really nothing to complain about.

It was great staying at Elizabeth's place! Very clean Airbnb nestled in Hampton. Short 15 minute drive to get to Phillips Exeter for parents or alumni visiting. Very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with all the amenities you could need including soap, body wash, conditioner, and towels. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area! Elizabeth was very responsive. She helped me out during a freak blackout that occurred even though she was all the way in California at the time. I really appreciate her help!

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

Nice place, clean, comfy bed, very well stocked, had everything i needed for a month. I work from home, over the internet. My only recommendation to Alan and Martha is to fix the wifi which went down multiple times per day and disconnect me from my job and conference calls. The first 3 or so times it happened, i called & texted the 2 phone numbers that Alan provided (in a note on the fridge). I also left a voice mail and knocked on their front door. but i never heard back about my text or voicemail. Eventually I unplugged are re-plugged the antenna/router which fixed the issue most times. Sometimes you have to do it 2 or 3 times, but eventually it does work.

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Molly was incredibly responsive and so friendly! We felt very at home and the space was perfect for our weekend stay. Easy to walk right into town too!

Wonderful getaway in the woods, but close to restaurants and shop in Rockport. We loved being greeted by the dogs and the hiking trails right outside the front door are amazing.

Off the grid enough to feel completely alone in the woods, but close enough to where you can get dinner or find other things to do with only a short drive. Highly recommend.

The cabins location was secluded and private but not to far from activities everything you need is about a 25 minute drive away. The cabin had an amazing view and was stocked with everything we needed. The sauna was an amazing addition. We highly recommend. The house was spotless and the host was ver responsive. Overall we highly recommend this cabin and will most likely be returning ourselves.

We had such an incredible stay! The first day was pretty rainy, but the house was so relaxing and comfortable that it didn’t matter - we enjoyed staying in and looking at the gorgeous view of the lake while doing jigsaw puzzles near the fire. When things did clear up, we had a great time playing in the yard snd kayaking. I was surprised at how quiet it was, especially during Memorial Day weekend. The beds were super comfy, kitchen was great, shower and tub were wonderful. Lisa left great instructions and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. And she was very kind in allowing us a late checkout, which was very helpful with three young kids. I can’t wait to visit again!

Came for the Fall colors; left in love with the place! Small but delightful. Cluttered in the most fantastical way. Nestled in paradise. Bonnie is so nice and friendly! Pay attention to the fact that the toilet is not attached to house. Short walk to privet and very clean!

Me and my friends we were group of five. We enjoyed our stay at their place. It was amazing view by the lake side. The hot tub and kayaking experience was totally awesome. We will never forget our trip to Hampshire because of this beautiful house.

A wonderful weekend getaway! My husband and I stayed at Sophia’s place this past weekend after our wedding and it was exactly what we were hoping for. During our wedding we opted to exchange vows privately, but we didn’t end up reading them to each other until the following day after we had arrived. Who else can say that they exchanged vows while sitting by a cozy fire making s’mores?! Sophia’s home will hold a special place in our hearts. We fell in love with this cabin! It is even better than the photos, immaculately clean, totally private, and stocked with all of the necessities. This was the perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary and we hope to stay here again ASAP. Michele is a wonderful host!
