Mountain Momma Homestead Cottage

A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. Our guest house is gated and surrounded by woods and wildlife! Here our guests can benefit from a handicap accessible home, fire pit, plenty of wooded trails to explore, paved driveway, and plenty of room for ATV trailer parking as well. This home offers a large kitchen and views of wildlife from every window. All this while only 15 minutes away from downtown Charleston, Shawnee Sports Complex and Hatfield and McCoy trails. We now have a small fenced area for pets to enjoy.
