Statt üblichen Furniermöbeln von der Stange gibt es eine individuelle Einrichtung, schönen Blick auf den Bootssteg, Kaminofen, viele Sachen für Kinder und Obstgewächse zum Ernten. Es gibt alles, was man als kleine Familie für ein paar entspannte Tage abseits der Alltagshektik so braucht.

The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. Willkommen in unserem Häuschen am Elbdeich! Unser Wohnhaus und das freistehende Gästehaus sind im Jahr 2021 gebaut worden. Das Gästehaus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll mit vielen Details, wie Möbel, Fenster etc., die in Einzelanfertigungen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail designed und gebaut worden sind. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in einem stilvoll eingerichteten Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Elbe-Radweg und Elbdeich sind ca. 200 m von uns entfernt.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
