You’ll love it for its outdoor areas with plenty of spaces for relaxing, the outdoor kitchen, the sun-lounging area, and the hot tub, all for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests, as well as for the view of Fetovaia Bay, which you can enjoy in complete tranquility. In addition, the house is furnished with care and equipped with every comfort. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Casa nel Bosco in Seccheto, an oasis of peace

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km from Seccheto (the last km is unpaved), 6 minutes by car, is located in an amphitheater 200 meters above sea level, in an oasis of peace and silence. In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. Casa Pineta Elba, a pochi passi dal mare

Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa Georgii è una casa-vacanze indipendente. Situata su una collina, la terrazza di oltre 200 metri quadrati offre una vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Portoferraio e sul mare con le colline e i boschetti nell‘entroterra. Lontana dalle strutture turistiche, Casa Georgii si trova in una posizione centrale. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro e Capoliveri sono solo ad un quarto d‘ora di distanza. Incantevoli spiagge si trovano nelle vicinanze e possono essere raggiunte rapidamente e facilmente in auto.

The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Abbiamo voluto creare un ambiente tipico delle isole..semplice e dai colori chiari ma con l’attenzione ai dettagli per garantirvi il miglior soggiorno possibile. Perfetta sia per una coppia che per una famiglia con due bambini, casa etrusca dispone di un letto matrimoniale e due poltrone letto. Bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata, con piastra a induzione e un fornetto/friggitrice ad aria.

Si accede alla casa da una scale esterna. La pergola esterna è arredata con tavolo e sedie/sdraio La spiaggia, distante circa 250 metri, è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa dispone di un giardino, con prato, riservato di 200mq ca.

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
