Our apartment is in a great location, a few steps from the promenade and beaches, from the center of the village (Marciana Marina) and close to all amenities (supermarket, bar, bank, ATM, pizzeria, gas station, hardware store, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, barber, bus stop), all within walking distance. Its proximity to the sea makes it perfect for those who do not want to travel by car. It has a private parking lot, under the house, on the property.

An outdoor seating area features a round table with ornate metal chairs, softly illuminated by the warm glow of a sunset. Sheer curtains billow gently in the breeze, framing a scenic view of the sea and distant mountains, enhancing the tranquil ambiance.

The window of the second room has no view. the two bathrooms of the house both have the shower. the large living room/kitchen overlooks wonderful sea view, exposed to the west, therefore exposed to sunset. The decor of the house is modern and tasteful.
