Cozy apartment remodeled in the colonial quarter of Quito, located on the third floor, a loft with a spectacular panoramic view of the Historic Center. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with filtered water and essential implements to meet our guests' needs. The comfortable facilities provide good relaxation. We have Wifi 620Mbps a 1.05Gbps, a telephone line, a television with Netflix, and heaters for the shower and kitchen sinks.

Apartment in Valle de los Chillos, Armenia 1 sector This place has a strategic location, 8 minutes from the Escuela Politécnica del Ejército (ESPE), 6 minutes from San Luis Shopping and 8 minutes from the Banco Guayaquil Chillo Jijón Stadium by vehicle. Bars and restaurants will also be found in the sector. Happy life I will recommend my favorite places in the Valle de los Chillos so that you feel comfortable.

An apartment inside a restored XVIIth century house used by a blacksmith and other tradespeople called "The Blacksmith House" or "La Casa del Herrero" with a unique view of the oldest part of the city. The stay will allow you to live and visit one of the city's most exciting and historically significant parts. The town was founded blocks away from the apartment in the 16th century.
