Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Villa Emilia is a lovely Mediterranean villa located in the very quiet and lush green residential area of Tosalet less than 5 km to the beach. All on one level, the villa is nicely furnished with spacious rooms and plenty of outside areas to sit or chill out. The covered terrace, especially, is fabulous with a barbecue house, table and chairs for outdoor eating and sofas for enjoying a glass of wine or reading a good book.
