It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Beautiful Spanish villa in Bohemian style. At a 20 min walking distance to the stunning El Arenal sandbeach (restaurants, stores, bars) the nearest supermarket at 5 min. The villa consists of 2 floors each with its own entrance. 4 bedrooms total of which 2 ensuite (total 3 bathrooms). Private pool and spacious garden, equipped with plenty of sunbeds. There is parking space for 3 cars on the property. The whole area is fenced and closed with an automatic gate. Air conditioning in every room.
