Private parking for one car, located on the ground floor and with easy access for people with reduced mobility. Unique amenities such as A/C in the living-dining room, blackout curtains, an internal patio perfect for traveling with your pet, and a cistern that ensures the availability of water during your stay.

Happy Little House!

It is a centrally located mini apartment, close to the Universidad Veracruzana, the Government and Municipal Palace, two blocks from downtown. The famous Xalapa writer Sergio Galindo was born in this place. It is well lit, with good ventilation, no noise, inside the courtyard of an old house full of plants with chairs that invite you to read or meditate. It has a separate entrance. There is privacy and weekly cleaning and linen changes, and handmade soaps are provided.
