It is a downtown mini apartment, near Veracruzana University, Government Palace and Municipal, two blocks from downtown. The famous Chalapeño writer Sergio Galindo was born in this place. It is well lit, with good ventilation, with no noise, inside the courtyard of an old house full of plants full of plants with chairs that invite you to read or meditate. It has a separate entrance. There is privacy and weekly cleaning is done and linens are changed and handmade soaps are provided.
