Al entrar, a un lado te recibirá la zona de office que hace la función de cocina y al otro lado el baño. Avanzando llegaremos a la zona de noche, con una cama de matrimonio con canapé de gran almacenamiento y espacio vestidor a los pies de la misma. En todo momento podrás aislar esta zona de noche del resto de estancias con las dos paredes correderas que te cerrarán el espacio para maximizar tu descanso. Un poco más adelante llegaremos a la zona de descanso/trabajo, conectada con la terraza con ventanal de suelo a techo y de pared a pared, que cuentan tanto con visillos para mantener la privacidad como con estores blackout para evitar la entrada de luz y hacer la noche. Antes de salir encontraremos el escritorio de más de 2 metros de largo y un sofá con chaise-longue que te atrapará. Una vez en la terraza, la mesa con dos sillas se convertirá en tu zona favorita para desayunar o cenar con la ciudad iluminada de fondo. Este apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para alojarte unos días o varios meses: ropa de cama, toallas, vajilla completa, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina, vitrocerámica enchufable, para poder guardarla cuando no la uses y ahorrar espacio, extractor de humos oculto, freidora de aire, microondas, cafetera Nespresso (cápsulas incluidas), tostador, aceite, sal y pimienta, lavadoras y secadoras (comunitaria). Para estancias de más de 15 días, el agua y luz iría cobradas como “servicio adicional”. A final de cada estancia, una vez comprobado el consumo, se realizaría el pago del importe correspondiente a través de Airbnb.
