Perfectly equipped up to 6 people maximum. It is a good apartment in a great location, with direct access to the bus stop, the tram and the shopping center with all the services. Well located next to the University and just a short walk away from the city of Murcia. It's also very easily accessible by car because of the ring road next to it. The apartment is located in the heart of Mólina de Segura, a cozy town near the capital of Murcia, 8 kilometers away. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one guest room with two beds, both quite comfortable, a living room and an equipped kitchen. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, pharmacies and the bus stop. The area is quiet and safe. I am 3 kilometers from the university and 6 kilometers from Archena, where there is one of the best spas in Spain

Luxurious villa with pool (with sliding cover) and barbecue, just ten minutes from downtown Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sun loungers, mini-golf and French pool table. The soccer, tennis and paddle tennis court can be rented by the hour at an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).

The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
