LO DISPENSARI, charming house in Delta del Ebro

An old dispensary from the beginning of the last century that we renovated (2019) to enjoy with family or friends. It is located in Sant Jaume d'Enveja, in the heart of the Ebro Delta. We've lovingly decorated it. Most of the furniture is restored. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study, and a large dining room/kitchen (fully equipped). It has a fireplace, barbecue, and a nice porch. Ideal for after-dinner conversation :) The Ebro River is just a few minutes' walk away.

“La Cohetera” is an old farmhouse, completely surrounded by rice fields, located in the Ebro Delta Natural Park. The "Llevantada" is a house located in the center of Poblenou del Delta, about fifty meters from the church square. The house was built in 1956 and is a farmhoue construction intended for agricultural use. The house has been renovated maintaining part of the original image and essence. The area of the property is 330sqm.<br><br>The property occupies 60m² on the ground floor and 60m² on the first floor, with an terrace of 16m².
