Nice house with an indoor fireplace

Beautiful townhouse with barbecue on the terrace and indoor fireplace. In front of the Pinada de Guardamar del Segura, in the Buenavista development. The house has one bedroom, ideal for a couple. The views are of the pine forest of Guardamar and crossing the pine forest it ends at the beach. Access to the beach is via a beautiful raised wooden path that crosses the pine forest (800 meters). Very close to the Santa Pola lighthouse (by car) and the town of Guardamar (3 km). Parking at the door.

Beautiful new apartment with all amenities, south-facing terrace and swimming pool. Living room with equipped and furnished kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, etc.), TV, air conditioning. A bedroom with a double bed with its wardrobe. A shower room with window. Less than 25 minutes from Alicante Airport and less than 5 minutes from sandy beaches and the city center with all the shops (supermarket, restaurants, banks…) A little corner of paradise close to everything!
