Very comfortable and nice house with an excellent central location, you could walk everywhere, it met all expectations! Fernanda was a good host, she let us check out later without any problems and provided us with information about activities that could be done during the stay.

Andrés is a very good host, kind and attentive to details such as waiting for us with farm eggs, champagne and a pitcher of juice because we were with my granddaughters, who were happy in the place and Andrés had a lot of patience and kindness to answer all their questions. Thank you Andrés, we hope to return one day

Carlos Francisco was very friendly and communicative from the very first minute. He let us in before check-in time and the house is everything you see in the photos (if not more!). We would definitely come back

We stayed 4 nights and the house is very comfortable, as shown in the photos and in the description, the patio is wonderful, we enjoyed the gazebo, sauna, jacuzzi and pool.

Very grateful for Mauricio's hospitality and delighted with the house and setting. The only thing I could point out is that the house needs some maintenance and that is a bit disappointing for the price. It's a beautiful house and has everything to make you feel at home, but the outdoor furniture is somewhat damaged, the pool paint is peeling and we had electricity problems in two rooms (in any case the host kindly warned us when we arrived at the house). However, we had a very pleasant experience overall. The concierges were very friendly and Mauricio was always attentive to our needs. I would recommend it.

... a house that is cozy, that is very well equipped for its capacity and designed with plenty of details to simplify the stay and great concern of Luis to keep it in an excellent standard of maintenance. Zapallar is cold and humid, but the house has Toyotomi heating and electric stoves in bathrooms, so the cold is not an issue (you should take precautions with mosquitoes). If you are with teenage children, it allows them to go with friends as it has spacious rooms and cabins. If you are with children, they will be entertained exploring. It has a nice terrace that allows you to meet with a friend who is in the area and allows pets. If any of your relatives have reduced mobility, it is a house with a lot of stairs, which could perhaps complicate things... I repeat the possibility of going another time!!

Excellent house very well equipped , the kitchen with 8 dishes is very good , you reach the beach by walking (it is not close but reach it on foot ) Caben 12 people without any problem The pool is not very large but the depth is good The big grill for spectacular asados In summary, highly recommended for a large family

The place: excellent location and wonderful view. I especially value that I have linen towels and bathing things like shampoo and soap, a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, availability of blankets and extra blankets. Loza, utensils and appliances, everything you need. It is as shown in the photographs. It is well decorated and cared for.

The apartment has a dreamy view, beautiful and modern decoration. The dining room is very comfortable and spacious, it has 2 living rooms, one of them is the terrace that was incorporated and it was a very well used space and too nice to be in. In this space we play board games while watching the sunset. So much the better!! The gazebo is also ideal, with a gas grill and a nice and spacious dining room. We had a very nice time and we didn't need to turn on the heaters, just a little heating in the afternoon and that was it. Very comfortable beds and new and good pillows. The kitchen is very small. It has everything but it's too small for cooking.

Camila’s home in Zapallar is wonderful. Architecturally, the house is modern and built in the Brutalist style with exquisite concrete work both inside and out. The house is immaculate and so well designed. It would be right at home in Santa Barbara or Montecito. The interior is well laid out with so many luxury touches - from linens, silverware and dishes. The outdoor area is breathtaking with an incredible ocean view and perfect for outdoor entertaining. My only wish was that the pool was a little deeper but that is very minor. Rene, the caretaker, was very helpful and responsive. The rambla starts just up the road at the cemetery. It’s very close and a walk not to be missed. Overall, this was a great place to spend part of our holiday. If you like good design and a very responsive host, this should be on your wish list!

We spent a spectacular day at Francisca's house, the house is very comfortable (we were 8 people) and is located in a movie setting. The park, its trails, the pool area, the views, nothing to say, unforgettable. I look forward to returning. Francisca was always attentive, cordial and concerned that we had a pleasant stay.
