Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

This charming, detached cottage was created in the courtyard garden of Finca Portitxol and is completely separate from it. Here, every season has its advantages and due to the extremely comfortable decor, this "casita" is perfect for a stay in any period of the year, not least during those wonderful spring and autumn months. At the private pool with sun terraces all around and on the covered lounge terrace with large daybed, you can enjoy an intimate oasis of peace.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring.
