La experiencia en el apartamento de Juanan ha sido genial. El trato a la llegada fue magnífico. Nos guiamos por alguna de sus recomendaciones para comer y fue un acierto. El piso estaba súper limpio, bonito y ordenado. La cama muy cómoda con buenas almohadas. Los espacios muy agradables. En resumen, totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos a Elche, repetimos seguro.

Como en otras ocasiones, me sentí como en casa. Bueno loft, moderno y en buena zona de fácil aparcamiento. Volveré!

Fuimos a un concierto en Sala REM que queda literalmente a 3 minutos del departamento y todo perfecto. Tiene de todo para cocinar, lavar ropa, la ducha muy cómoda y con agua caliente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, es seguro y muy bien ubicado para caminar o acercarte a los lugares. Lo recomiendo 100%

El alojamiento es tal cual aparece en el anuncio. Muy tranquilo para pasar unos días de visita a la familia en Murcia y no estar en el bullicio de la ciudad. Los anfitriones muy amables, nos retrasaron el vuelo a Canarias y no hubo ningún problema por parte de nuestros anfitriones en poder quedarnos un día más. Totalmente recomendable!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

Apartamento confortable y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La zona es tranquila y hay cerca transporte público para bajar al centro. Antonio es un gran anfitrión, responde rápido y fue flexible con las horas de entrada y salida.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisk opphold! Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i denne leiligheten! Den var moderne, ren og veldig godt utstyrt – alt vi trengte var på plass. Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Flexibilidad para recoger y dejar las llaves. Alojamiento muy recomendable, muy limpio y ordenado. Espacioso y luminoso.

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

El departamento es un sueño, tal cual las fotos. La cocina esta muy equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. El parking es comodisimo, no es techado, pero entra un SUV sin problemas. La velocidad del Wifi oscila entre 200 y 400 Mbps, ideal para los que trabajan de manera remota. Los atardeceres, como bien lo dice en la descripciones: los mejores de España.

Espectacular chalet que te hace sentir que perteneces a otro nivel económico. Te sientes como en casa y Juan te responde a cualquier duda en todo momento. La cercanía del tranvía hace que el hecho de estar a las afueras de Murcia no sea un problema. Está dotado de todo lo necesario y más. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

Apartamento muy acorde a lo que necesitábamos, todo limpio y ordenado. El anfitrión muy atento y amable, nos enseñó el alojamiento y resolvió cualquier duda que nos pudo surgir.

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

Aunque tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para entrar al apartamento porque nos dejaron las llaves equivocadas, Marina fue una muy buena anfitriona y nos trató súper bien. Nos dio muchas recomendaciones sobre Santa Pola (restaurantes, alquiler de barco) y estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos y disfrutando. El apartamento en sí es lindo y tal cual las fotos, con una gran vista al mar. Lo recomendamos.

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.
