5 blocks from the central park, it is an apartment with new furniture, 3 bedrooms with 3 beds where a large family can be very comfortable. The electric parking is very spacious, if you want you can request an additional parking completely furnished, rooms and kitchen. The 2 bathrooms have showers, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It is very private, it has only 3 apartments in the condo. There is an electric parking space available if you want an additional one, check availability

Beautiful suite, modern with the best finishes as you can see in the photos, super equipped with everything you need for your stay in Machala, it has a separate entrance with electric doorman totally closed in an area where only the suite is on the ground floor, it has a nice social area with pergola in the front patio, it has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, small bar, 2 full bathrooms, 2 TVs, WiFi, living room with sofa bed. Some nice bars. Apart from that, we have a shopping promenade and the land terminal is very close Our Ciudadela has 2 beautiful parks where you can safely go for a walk outdoors. And we also have a store just a few steps away.
