The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

Duplex Penthouse , its intended to be for a business traveler or a couple with kids no younger 8 years old since the stir way may be a risk for small children there is 1 bedroom in suite with its own bathroom , we do provide a separate area in second floor where there is 2 additional single beds , there is a second half bathroom in the first floor , This unit can be use as your home and office during your stay it has a separate desk or work station area with high speed internet , best views

A loft that is different from the traditional, special for working. It allows you to feel like you are in a modern place in a high-class metropolis. It is located 3 blocks from the subway, with all the amenities required for a good stay. It is not a place with a bohemian lifestyle, so resting is pleasant. It has a natural environment with plants and beautiful original works of art, and fiber optic internet, special for working. Entering the number of guests (1 or 2) is verified at reception.

Cabaña Andes, we are located near Santiago in the foothills at 1,150 meters high, surrounded by sclerophyllous forest with incredible views of the valley, mountains and stars. We have a covered terrace, a natural slope suitable for bathing, a private pool that converts to an XL tub with 6,000 liters of water at 40°C, without schedules and with hydromassage. The cabin is private and has all the amenities and equipment to make the most of your stay and WiFi.

Best restaurants and also an active night life .This is a bohemian neighborhood, but the building is very safe , so ,this is what we want, respectful people that respect the norms. Visitors are not allowed, the loft is exclusively for the guests.
