The comfortable casa is quiet and generously furnished. You have two showers and toilets, a large (living) kitchen, living room with air conditioning, bedroom with air conditioning and shaded terrace with lounge sofa. You share the new outdoor pool with terrace with other guests! Cartagena is within cycling distance, as is the beach of El Portús.

The renovation carried out by the architecture studio GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ has managed to rescue the original hydraulic pavements hidden under two levels of tiles, restore the balcony doors and the modernist viewpoint of the facade and enhance the solid brick of the original load-bearing walls of the building and its structure of sawn wooden beams.
