Welcome to our house in El Espinar, between Ávila, Segovia and Madrid, and very close to the most beautiful landscapes of the Sierra Norte. Recently renovated, it is a comfortable and quiet place, ideal for teleworking, spending a vacation or simply disconnecting for a few days. It has a large capacity barbecue, gas paella pan, jacuzzi, swimming pool, high-speed WiFi, work area, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, chillout with sofa and sun loungers.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

(see images) The apartment has about 20m 2 , arranged to offer the greatest comfort with all the amenities possible. Pets are charged €12 per stay and must be added to the reservation. There is Mesita and chairs outside with awning.

Cozy little house at the foot of the mountains. Relax alone, as a couple, or in a group or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Enjoy the fresh air, the sounds of nature, and many possibilities right nearby for walking, cycling, or birdwatching in a wonderful environment. It has a terrace, an 800 m2 garden, outdoor tables and chairs, and a 30m zip line. If the weather is good, there is a pool from June to October. Enjoy!

"El Nido" loft, private garden, barbecue, swimming pool

Temporary loft, next to Sierra del Guadarrama National Park, in a natural setting. On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.

Cozy independent apartment with kitchen-room, its own bathroom and patio. Very quiet area 10 minutes from the airport and 25 from Madrid. Air conditioning, heating, Wifi, refrigerator, microwave. Possibility of indoor parking and autonomous arrival. Views of Madrid and sunset. We want to offer a place where the guest can feel comfortable to enjoy our neighborhoods without worrying about anything other than getting to know them and resting. We strive to make the apartment cozy, warm, and comfortable for your stay.

A beautiful charming little house

Beautiful stone house from the 50s, unique, quiet, comfortable, and a 2-minute walk from Mt. Two bedrooms with a 135 bed, one studio with a single sofa bed and another large sofa bed in the living room. Unique kitchen living room with a stove fireplace (with a stone oven). Kitchen equipped with all appliances. Charming garden with fruit, rose and hydrangeas, an ideal place to rest and enjoy the mountain view.

Villa Sierra Madrid (7 bedroom villa with pool)

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.

Casa La Montaña is a house located in Las Navas del Marqués, Avila. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two others with single beds, making a total of 5 beds. It has a terrace at the exit and a patio for your enjoyment. This place is pet-friendly.

Your family will have everything just a stone's throw away in this centrally-located home. Casita baja with patio, close to bars,restaurants,shops, supermarkets, pharmacy. Train and bus station 500 meters away. It has a bedroom with a double bed of 150x190, and in the living room there is a 1.22 cm wide sofa bed for two.
