Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

Todo genial , fue muy amable al esperar a la 1 de la mañana que llegásemos porque tuve que trabajar y a la salida nos dejó irnos más tarde , la casa bastante grande más que lo que se ve en las fotos, mucha tranquilidad y muy cerca del centro de Ávila a tan solo 10m, sin duda recomendable, esperamos volver, muchas gracias por tan buena atención, así da gusto.

Hemos estado en la casa Dori y ha sido muy buena la estancia. La casa es muy grande y tiene muchos servicios. El pueblo pequeño pero con mucho encanto. La piscina estaba cerrada pero no hacía tiempo de baño en semana santa ya. La zona de la barbacoa muy útil. Miguel Angel muy comunicativo. Una casa perfecta para ir en familia o un grupo de amigos. Judith and Tamara were excellent hosts. My flight was delayed and my significant other arrived before me. Tamara met her and helped her get settled in. I understand everything went very smoothly. The unit was as described. it was very clean. The Alcobendas neighborhood was very quiet. It is a ways from downtown Madrid so to do anything downtown requires a drive or an Uber. We chose this area partly because we needed to leave town frequently to travel to another nearby town where my daughter had been living. This was a good compromise. Yhere is a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Vin’s place and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. Great central location. Super terrace. Cozy, charming and clean. Quite a few stairs so not ideal for people who struggle with that. But great for those who don’t mind a walkup.

Great location, and an authentic Madrid experience. Close to Atocha for travel, Retiro Park and El Prado within easy walking distance, a market across the street, and a comfortable place to sleep.

Simplemente excelente! Mis padres y nuestro perro lo pasaron genial. La cabaña es preciosa, muy bien cuidada, y el jardín enorme fue un plus increíble, ideal para relajarse y para que el perro pudiera correr libremente. Todo estaba impecable: la limpieza de 10, la atención del anfitrión y de su hermana muy amable y atentos en todo momento. Realmente superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. Muchas gracias!

I highly recommend Rodrigo's apartment in Ávila! The apartment was impeccable, featuring beautiful art details that added a unique charm. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The apartment was fully equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack, making it convenient for longer visits. One of the highlights was the separate living area, perfect for watching television without interrupting your partner. The location was ideal, right within the historic walled city and just a short distance from the Puerta de Alcázar. The apartment offered lovely views of the city, and there was a great bar and restaurant right next door. Rodrigo was always available to answer any questions we had, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The wooden floors added a warm and cozy touch to the apartment. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Loved this apartment—comfortable, well equipped and very clean, great location close to La Latina metro. Would be a ‘5’ all around if Lorena his co-manager could have provided a map we could use to find recommended bars and restaurants (as some of the hosts at our AirBnB have done for me before) and had been available to come down to let us in at the appointed time (2pm). We had to wait on the street for a few minutes. Be aware you have to climb 74 steps their apartment — no lift. Prepared us for our Camino walk. Thank you for a great Madrid experience.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

We had a wonderful stay, everything was just perfect! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. We especially appreciated the pool, which was a lifesaver for cooling off during the hot days. The location was ideal, close to Manzanares el Real, which made exploring the area super convenient. Our host Susana was friendly, responsive, and made us feel completely welcome from start to finish. We’d happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of Spain. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Casita perfecta para pasar unos días de tranquilidad, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias: piscina, césped, tranquilidad, buena temperatura... El baño perfecto y Ernesto fue muy amable con nosotras y nuestros perretes.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Alberto es un gran anfitrión atento en todo momento, muy comunicativo, lo tiene todo muy bien pautado y explicado. Su casa y la ubicación es perfecta para pasar unos días en familia o amigos en descanso y relax en plena naturaleza al lado del embalse de San Juan con numerosas actividades de todo tipo y edades para realizar. En definitiva hemos pasado unos días de descanso fantásticos en familia. El restaurante La Ermita cerca de la casa se come maravillosamente y el servicio es muy bueno. Volveremos !

Un placer alojarnos ahí. La casa es pequeñita pero tiene todo lo que se puede esperar. Para mí detalles como el café o el papel de horno o albal me dan una imagen de lo que quieren ofrecerte, quieren que estés a gusto y que no te falte nada. Mercedes ha sido muy amable y la piscina es un añadido muy agradable. Volveremos.

Nos encantó el departamento. Sobre todo la atención de José muy amable. Nos brindó la oportunidad de guardar nuestras maletas en cualquier momento que lo necesitáramos. El departamento está en buenas condiciones y es muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario incluyen aire acondicionado, el edificio cuenta con elevador. La ubicación es muy buena ya que queda cerca de las paradas del transporte público. 10/10🤙🏻

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.

Abbiamo alloggiato a fine giugno 2025 in questo appartamento e siamo molto contenti. Sia l’edificio che l’appartamento sono molto puliti. L’appartamento e’ dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. L’aria condizionata è solo in salone, ma si distribuisce bene anche x la camera da letto. Posiziona ottimale per spostarsi, ma anche nel silenzio per riposare la notte in pace. Il quartiere bello e ha tutti i servizi necessari. Bello bello bello
