Vacation rentals with a patio in San Juan

Central location to Old San Juan as well as the surrounding areas. Had no trouble getting picked up/dropped off by uber drivers. Although we did not have a car at the moment, having a parking spot available put us at ease in the event that we chose to rent one during our stay there. Felt safe the entire length of our stay.

My stay here was very welcoming very peaceful and quiet felt at home I was there for 20 days and almost didn’t want to leave the bed is so comfy it almost consumes you all together 10/10 location is great it’s close to a lot gas station around the corner bank for the atm right there the beach are 8-10 mins away loved it

Although I only stayed to sleep, I thought it was very central, nice, clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay again and for a longer stay. The host was very nice and attentive💯 💯, thank you Ileana and Ivelisse

It’s always a pleasure to stay there. Has everything needed for a restful vacation- my son loves popcorn so your little snacks made him very happy. 😊

Had a lovely stay at this unit. Equipped with solar panels so I never had to worry about losing power and you are 10-15 minutes away from everything in the metro area. Groceries, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centers and even a hospital all within walking distance. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive if you have any questions. The garden is beautiful and you even have local parrots you can enjoy nearby. 10 out of 10, would do it again!

Julio is a great host. Was extremely responsive and empathetic. My flight got delayed and he was able to accommodate me by extending my checkout time. Would definitely recommend an book in the future.

While looking for places to stay, this immediately caught my attention. Clean, spacious beautiful space and a solo traveler and woman I felt completely safe in the area. Rubelin was responsive, checked in on me to make sure all was well. Place was only a few short uber rides to most places, a few great restaurants and places within walking distance. Area was quiet and even the neighbors were nice, would not hesitate to stay again!

I don't even know where to begin with this review! About a day or two prior to arrival, I received the most detailed message with everything I needed to know, from a video recording of how to enter the premise, to eateries and things to do around the home which helped ease all our travel anxieties. On the day of arrival, we were left in awe with how pristine the home was. The photos don't even do justice! We loved how the hosts accommodated to our children with books, toys and even a stroller! This was so big for us since we opted to leave our stroller behind to minimize the amount of baggage we had. The home provided us with everything we needed and more for our weeklong stay. As frequent visitors to the island, we cannot wait to stay again at the Villa Casona. Thank you so much Noemi and Tony for your amazing hospitality.

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Better than the pictures and descriptions! This home was perfect for our group of 10—we were celebrating a couple of birthdays and had a mix of guests in their 20s and 30s. Everyone found something to enjoy here. The house is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and had plenty of areas for both socializing and relaxing. We chose this spot as a base to explore Puerto Rico and experience the nightlife. It’s about 18 minutes from most nightlife hotspots and conveniently close to major highways, which made day trips around the island super easy. The property felt very private and safe. Just a heads-up: the home has an open-to-nature concept, which adds to the charm, but be sure to close the bedroom and hallway doors and avoid leaving trash out—otherwise, you might attract some curious animals. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Eduardo’s home was lovely and they were extremely responsive and cooperative. It was a pleasure staying at their home and visiting PR.

Harold’s place was just as described! Loved it. The pool was recently installed just ahead of our trip so we were the first to experience it totally elevated an already Gorgeous space! Only annoying this was one of the neighbors had a dog that barked allll day long and very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, very safe neighborhood and good location! Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in San Juan was nothing short of exceptional! The space was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, & thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to enjoy together or retreat for solo time. The massive outdoor terrace is a beautiful sanctuary. The location is the perfect balance—close to beaches & all the action, yet tucked away enough for an authentic Puerto Rican experience. It felt incredibly safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. As a mom, traveling solo with 3 kids, this was especially important to me. But what truly sets this stay apart was the host. Tommy’s hospitality is second to none—warm, proactive, & genuinely invested in making sure we were having a great time. From helpful recommendations to thoughtful check-ins, he went above & beyond. If we needed anything, I knew he was just a quick message away. I highly recommend Casita Coqui to anyone looking for a memorable & comfortable stay! We can’t wait to return to our newfound paradise! 🏝️

We had a great stay at Yanira's place. The beds were comfy and the ACs worked well. We loved all the foliage around her place. It can be a little tricky getting past the guard gate if your Spanish is lacking and the system they use is muffled making it challenging to understand what they're saying. There are some barking dogs around but none that went on too long and they don't compete with the sounds of the coquis that are all around. Yanira is a very responsive and helpful host. We recommend her place!

It was amazing close to a lot of places. Very comfortable and clean.

The place was beautiful, elevators worked quickly, she had everything we needed to accommodate us for the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for us. Would love to come again

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jose’s property, and I couldn’t be more impressed the property itself is fantastic spacious and well maintained what really stood out though were the views I had an incredible vantage point of both the ocean and the city the neighborhood had plenty of local spots to eat nearby if you’re looking for a place with stunning views a responsive host and a great overall experience I highly recommend Jose’s place I’ll definitely be returning for my next visit!
