The house is just like the photos, it has everything you need for a good stay. We found it clean, tidy and we loved the detail of the basket with some basics, which we had not received in other Airbnbs. He was always attentive to our messages, as he answered us right away. We would definitely return to Juan's house on our next visit to Tepic.

The house was just as it is in the photos. A very quiet place and the house is very cozy, the terrace is great because it has a barbecue. It's close to everything and we really had a great time. The only thing is that when I arrived it was a little dirty in the kitchen.

The entrance of the residential area is marked by a welcoming gate, framed by a large green tree. A sign displaying the name is visible, set against a clear blue sky. The surrounding area features neatly maintained landscaping, enhancing the sense of security and community.

A great place to relax, with a pool, soccer court, basketball, children's games. Very spacious house with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Very ventilated and lots of light. Quiet place and always guarded. Nereyda always attentive to our messages.
