The house from 2017 is located right by Ekebergsletta and bus stop to/from the city. On the 1st floor there is a large living/dining room, open kitchen solution and a bedroom with double bed. From the living room there is an exit to a plot of 100m2, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a TV room. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped.

Quiet and nice neighborhood on top of Oslo. Short distance to both bus and subway that takes you to the city center in about 13 minutes. About 30 minutes to walk to Barcode. It has a full kitchen, tiled bathroom with a good shower and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. A good desk for home office on the go.
