Beautiful loft house with large pool and garden

Our house impresses with 180 m² of living space over two floors. The entire house has an air heat pump and air conditioning on the upper floor. Our loft house offers a wonderful view of the terrace, the garden and the pool from the large kitchen and living area. In summer, the lounge corner, the terrace and of course the large pool with counter-current system invite you to linger. Our house is perfectly air-conditioned and spacious. In the cold season you can warm up in the sauna while your children can play and watch DVDs in the play corner opposite the sauna. Our pool can also be heated in winter, so you can cool off after a sauna session under the pool cover at up to 23°. From December, our house is decorated for Christmas and we look forward to showing you the most beautiful christmas markets in Vienna and outside the city.

Cozy house close to Lake Neufeld and the woods

The spacious house, located in a quiet area, accommodates up to 10 people with sleeping Couch and mattresses. A generous living room and a conservatory — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.

Our small guest apartment can accommodate 2 people, a mattress can be provided for a third person. Outside under construction! For the sight of bricks, wood and building materials in the courtyard, our cozy garden in the back compensates. Our two apartments in Mörbisch, furnished with a lot of love, are waiting for you :-))) We are very much looking forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m², has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace.
