The house has several patios where you can use the barbecue, the pool, relax in the hammock or sunbathe. The photos are enlightening. THE SPACE IS SO UNIQUE THAT IT HAS THE TRANQUILITY OF A RURAL SPACE BUT IS IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY OF BRAGANÇA. The heated pool can be used until November and from February.

In the past, the space was used to store potatoes and was occupied by women who selected and prepared the potatoes. In summer, it was frequented by girls who enjoyed apples. Today, it has been transformed into a 2-bedroom apartment with an open kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom and mezzanine. It has two balconies and used to be used for small popular plays, known as esterlóquio.
