Shops and eateries (supermarket, Chinese, snack bar, pizzeria, kebab, sushi) within a radius of 150 meters and 20 minutes walk to the center of Eindhoven. Free parking. You have access through the garden area, where you can stay freely. The studio offers a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels and shampoo provided. A box spring, seating, (work/dining) table and kitchenette with refrigerator and induction hob (not suitable for extensive cooking). Coffee and tea, WiFi, TV with Netflix are provided. Supermarkets and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. ASML is only a 10-minute walk. Drugs and smoking cannabis are not permitted on the entire site.

In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
