Approximately 50 meters from the cottage you will find illuminated and prepared cross-country ski trails and as the back of the plot is hilly, it is well suited as a hillside in winter.

The house is partially renovated and partly old, and has a terrace and a lovely garden. In the right season you can find fruits such as apple, plums, pears, morels and blackcurrants in the garden. Velkommen til hytten på Finse! En ekte høyfjellshytte midt i noe av Norges vakreste og villeste natur. Fra stuevinduet ser du rett ut mot isbreen på Hardangerjøkulen. Her ligger forholdene til rette for nydelige skiturer om vinteren, fotturer om sommeren og naturopplevelser av ypperste klasse året rundt. Finse er en helt unik plass, midt på høyfjellet. Man kan kun nå Finse med tog, ikke med bil. Selve togturen til Finse med bergensbanen er en opplevelse i seg selv!

There's a steep path up to the cabin that takes about 10 minutes. You must bring linen and towels. Bring your own firewood and you wash the cabin yourself.
