700m from JR Shimonada station. A house with ocean view and quiet circumstance. 4 cars Parking. When you get a chance you can see sunset, you will loose any words. The house is Japanese wood building which has wide corridor, kitchen, living room and it was built in 1985. There is wood stove in Living room. The remarkable space of the house is Japanese style bath tub with wood wall. Only 1 group, a couple or family stay a night. So, you can stay here as your house. Relax here!

For more active travelers, it's a good base to explore the area. We are 9 km from Shimanto City restaurants and shopping and an easy drive to activities on Shimanto River or the beach. We do require a 2-night minimum but highly encourage you to slow down and stay longer.

森の中のポツンと一軒家。宮大工さんがつくった数少ない立派な古民家で、山暮らしを楽しみませんか。ジブリのような森の道を進んだ先にある家では、BBQをしたり、焚火をしたり、五右衛門風呂を沸かしたり、山の中だからこそできる自然遊びを満喫できます。街灯がひとつもなく、夜は満天の星空がみられることもあります。季節ごとにみられる山の姿を全身で感じながら過ごすひと時は現代では忘れ去られた心安らぐ豊かな時間を思い出させてくれます。 立派な大黒柱を中心に、土壁や備え付け収納など昔ながらそのままの古民家ですが、1階は全面無垢の杉板となっており、新しさも感じさせます。水回りは新設のアイランドキッチンや大きな洗面ボウルが特徴的です。お風呂は薪、ガス兼用の五右衛門風呂で薪で炊くことも温水を出すこともできます。 家の外には人懐っこい看板猫の青助がいて、外にいるとすり寄ってきます。 石鎚登山ロープウェイまで車で15分程度の位置にあるため、登山にも行きやすい立地です。
