Had a wonderful stay at Villa Moya! The accommodation was cozy, clean, and truly felt like home. Big shoutout to Kumar, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and running smoothly. Kumar's helpfulness and Syed’s hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time. The pool was clean and we spent a lot of time in it. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely come again. Just one issue was that the wedding were not able to lock the front door. We felt a little unsafe.

The place is perfect for a peaceful time out of the noise. Place is very near the Uthandi beach and also walking distance from restaurants, both by the side of ECR as well as by the beach. The place is well-maintained and perfectly as described in the listing. The owners are very responsive and Ranganathan, the caretaker is very polite and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was fantastic, and the community was very pleasant. The host provided all the amenities I needed in the kitchen, making the stay even more comfortable. There’s also a grocery store within the community for convenience. However, if you're looking for more affordable options, just exit the main gate, head straight, and turn right – you'll find a daily needs shop right there, along with a temple nearby. I truly enjoyed my time here and want to thank the host for making it such a wonderful experience.

The place was well designed and the interiors were our favourite part. Very aesthetically done with a homely feel. It also had a nice pool where the kids had a fun time. Our host, Chikky, was very transparent with us when answering our queries. When asked about power fluctuations, Chikky was candid and offered alternatives by ensuring the generator was available to use and shared future plans to mitigate the challenge. We had senior citizens and kids and she was empathetic to our needs. Chikky was a host we felt we could trust, as she was more focused on our family having a good experience. The kitchen had very good amenities and was well maintained. There are a couple of good restaurants within 4 kms and the food can be ordered via Swiggy as well although we did not try this option. Overall, it was a good stay if you are looking for a relaxed time with family/friends.
