Spectacular sea view!

Hello! My wife and I are super hosts for this wonderful location and another one located on the same floor, for 7 years. We have a lot of hosting experience and many 5-star reviews! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay two steps from the beach! ! You have a sea view from the generous terrace, barbecue, immediate access to all the specific restaurants in the old area of Constanta, plus a foray into the past of this neighborhood right in our building. You will feel the history here.

For 2 minutes walking you find Supermarket Lidl in the left side and in the right side it is the Train Station ! 5 minutes walking to the park , 10 minutes walking to the Center !

A small, cozy and lovely house in a countryside. Good for families. If you like a simple, calm atmosphere you should definitely go for it. There is some asphalt renovation around but the road itself is ok. The house has wood stove heating. Also there is a couple of grills in the yard. The sea is around 40-50 minutes walking or 10min driving. Also there is a nice restaurant "Popasul Pescarilor" with tasty sea food. Will come back! Mulțumim gazdei!

Very clean apartment with all necessary amenities, quiet and very nice area The host Alexandra was always at our disposal to feel as good as possible,being also very nice to us Overall everything was perfect , I would definitely come back !

Alexandra's apartment is absolutely wonderful, decorated with a lot of taste and situated in an exceptional location, with direct view to the sea that leaves you speechless. We really appreciated the comfy bed which ensured quiet nights. The couch is not ideal for sleeping over a longer period though, which could be considered for future guests. I also noted that it would be helpful to have more glasses in the kitchen (we only had 2 for 2 adults and 3 kids) so we didn't need to constantly wash them. However, the overall experience was very pleasant and Alexandra's hospitality contributed to a memorable stay. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and for everything! I highly recommend this location for a getaway by the sea! 🌊✨

Emil’s home was great for our families, close to the sea and in a quiet neighbourhood. But the best things were the fig tree, the sweet grapes and those two playful cats. Our kids felt like home. Thank you!
