Onze B&B biedt u een ruim appartement(45m2), afsluitbaar, op de 1e verdieping met eigen ingang. Hierdoor is contactloos verblijven mogelijk. Keuken met 2-pitskookplaat, oven, magnetron, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Via de overloop kom je in je eigen badkamer met wastafels, douche en toilet. De eigen entree is op de begane grond. Komt u met 3 of 4 personen dan is er een tweede woon/slaapruimte in het appartement beschikbaar (25 m2 extra) Huisdieren alleen toegestaan na overleg.

In 't huisje levensritme leef je basic, dicht bij de natuur in 'n schitterend wandel- en fietsgebied, op een grote, natuurrijke plek: moestuin, net aangelegd voedselbos, bloementuinen & vijver worden ecologisch beheerd. Er zijn 'n paar huisdieren (hond, poes, kippen, loopeend, bijen). De koelkast is onder de grond en 't composttoilet een ervaring apart. Het geheel is zo milieuvriendelijk mogelijk gemaakt en een uitnodiging om eenvoudig te leven met respect voor de natuur. Er is een houtkachel.

Je geniet hier van de Drentse rust in diverse natuurgebieden, maar bent ook vlakbij de toeristische dorpen Borger en Gieten, met restaurants en winkels, en activiteiten als golf en zwemmen. De prijs is inclusief bedlinnen, opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken, keukenlinnen en eindschoonmaak!! (geen ontbijt!)

Der Aufenthalt bei Jan war hervorragend! Die Kommunikation war super, alles bestens erklärt und vorab beschrieben. Man hat durch das separate Gebäude ein maximum an Privatsphäre, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und Supermärkte sind direkt vor der Haustür. Das BnB befindet sich in einer Kirche, bzw ist ein Nebenraum davon, wodurch man sich diese jederzeit anschauen kann. Das ist mal was spezielles, wer kann schon von sich behaupten in einer Kirche geschlafen zu haben 😌 Vielen Dank Jan!

We had a really nice time in Nieuw-Annerveen. The house is beautiful and really quiet. Especially the view into the nature is breathtaking. Titia was a really nice host and she was flexible and straightforward with the check-in. We will definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed with Jos and Marian for two nights in June and loved it. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed spending time with them on our first night and in their beautiful garden on our second night. If you're driving, there's plenty of parking. The bed is very comfortable, everything was clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, and restaurants and grocery stores are nearby with anything you might need. They have three friendly dogs, beautiful horses and chickens to keep you company. We would definitely stay there again if we have the chance. Jos and Marian will treat you like family and provide recommendations for anywhere you're going.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in Diego's stacaravan. Het is knus en sfeervol ingericht, duidelijke instructie-map en Diego is behulpzaam en reageert snel. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen in de schuur. Je bent vanaf de camping meteen in prachtig bosgebied met mooie bezienswaardigheden. Veel dank dus!

Perfect verzorgd. Van alles voldoende. Geen gebrek aan extra toiletpapier, handdoeken, theedoeken. Heel bijzonder vond ik dat er ook een mandje maandverband en tampons aanwezig was, voor het geval dat.
