We had a wonderful time at Ton and Lizette’s place. The house and surroundings were even nicer than the photos. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. They even included a few dog treats to also welcome our dog. He really lived his best life exploring outside. We felt relaxed and enjoyed taking walks in nature. The bed was so comfortable with the adjustable settings and reading lamps. We were sad to leave, but we look forward to going back!

It was all to our complete satisfaction! Exactly what we imagined for our honeymoon. It was quiet and relaxed, you could really unwind there. The house was very high quality and clean. Simply chic! We felt very comfortable. Natalia was always available, you always felt well taken care of. She also always informed us about possible activities or restaurants and Lolale. Nothing negative can be said! It was just perfect!

We have already been to this beautiful house several times and always feel very comfortable. It really has everything you need and both nature and Emden are really easy to reach.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

Typical Dutch cottage – charming, cozy and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable. The only small point: we would have found a microwave practical sometimes. The location is ideal as a starting point for bike tours in all directions. Highly recommend for those seeking tranquility and nature!

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful cottage, beautiful garden, beautiful rural area. Very good, various and abundant breakfast. The mattress was really comfortable. Annie and her husband are extremely gentle and helping but still respecting the privacy of the guests.

This holiday home was absolutely wonderful – tucked away in the greenery, right in the middle of the forest. So quiet and peaceful! We loved falling asleep to the gentle sound of rain on the roof and waking up to birdsong. At the same time, we were lucky to have plenty of sunny days too, which we spent having breakfast outside and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. Despite being in a bungalow park, the house offers great privacy in the garden. The park itself is lovely – surrounded by stunning woods and a perfect area to unwind. The house is cozy, tastefully decorated, and simply made for relaxation. We truly enjoyed our time here – and so did our dog and our toddler. A perfect getaway to slow down and reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!

It was an unforgettable and carefree vacation. The children felt very comfortable from the beginning, and we were able to completely switch off in the four days and simply forget the time. Wendy and Peter went to an incredible amount of trouble. You can feel how much heart they put into it. The children were able to play carefree while we enjoyed the time together to the fullest. The weather was mixed, but that didn't dampen the mood. The short rain showers were quickly over, and there was always enough time for beautiful experiences outside. The community with the other guests was also very pleasant, open, warm and uncomplicated. Mom's highlight: fondue and her own garden The highlight of Papa: hot tub and your own grill The highlight for the children: the playground and the fresh eggs in the morning We will definitely be back!

Thank you very much Jolanda for your hospitality, it was very nice to be in the cabin, everything was enough, everything was provided, the only thing is that there is no air conditioning and it was very hot at check-in, but since we planned to walk during the day and get home in the evening, it did not frighten us, since in the morning and evening we felt great. The hostess gave great recommendations for nearby interesting places, which we took advantage of, thank you for this separately! We also visited the village of Giethoorn, it is amazing and not far at all. Overall, the vacation was wonderful, we recommend it.

Spacious and beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place. Welcomingly welcomed with some treats. We enjoyed the space, the animals, the trampolines and all (play)amenities. Nice to taste the atmosphere of farm life for a while. Unfortunately, you can only stay one night; the children wanted to stay there or at least stay longer. ;) Would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely week with our two children (5 and 8 years) in the cottage on the Schildmeer. We were able to swim almost every day and otherwise explored the surroundings (Groningen, Appingedam, Delfzijl). The amenities are better than indicated: there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand and tea towels and a large selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. There is no oven, but a microwave where we prepared our casserole. We had a good time and say thank you very much!

We loved our week in your home. It was full of conveniences, super nice. Everything was present and the space was surprisingly large. In the photos you didn't see that it was so spacious. The space is cleverly used and cozy. The contact was smooth and convenient. Nearby so many fun things to do. In the park itself as well and the place Gramsbergen is very charming.

The cottage was fully equipped, clear explanation about the accommodation and cozy and clean. We could not come until later than the agreed time so the sheet packages, the high chair and the cot were already ready for us instead of having to pick them up. Very attentive. Due to the nice contact, the cottage and the park itself definitely recommended!

The apartment is very nice and large. It is also particularly great that there is something for children to play with. So the little one could keep busy after the trip and had a lot of fun. Questions were answered very quickly. 100% recommendation.

We stayed as a family of five adults and a five-month-old baby for a week in the old painter's house of Christin and Willi. We had a very nice time in the house and were able to enjoy the quiet garden right on the water in good weather, especially in the first days, and watch the cows grazing on the other side of the water. But even with the worse weather in the second half of the week, we had it very cozy in the house in the spacious living room with fireplace. The location is wonderfully quiet to relax or take walks along the dike. Christin and Willi even provided us with a travel cot for our baby. The communication with the two went great, they were always helpful and with good tips (e.g. the trip to Groningen was very worthwhile). Everything in the house was also very clean and well maintained. All in all, the perfect place to stay for a family getaway. We will be happy to come back!

The location of the house is unique. This makes it super quiet. The garden is shaded by the tall trees, which is an advantage in the middle of summer. In the spring, it is cooler during the day as a result. This did not affect our stay. We enjoyed the time very much.

The accommodation is superbly furnished, everything is perfectly clean and well maintained. We highly recommend. Thanks and see you next time!

Returned to this location after 4 years. Wanted it a lot earlier, but didn't get it. Actually, it's dangerous to be so laudatory because then more people will come! Wonderful location: cottage and surroundings. Excellent beds, great space to heat, nice hot shower and good kitchen facilities. And the peace and quiet! But nature wins: from the garden into the forest, spot squirrels. Next time we won't wait so long with our stay!

Sandra was friendly, communicated clearly and quickly. Before the start of the trip, there was helpful information. One problem we had with the campsite barrier, she quickly solved. A little snack sweetened our arrival. We particularly liked that a bag with utensils such as a sponge and a garbage bag were available. Things you can easily forget to take with you. 5/5

We had wonderful Easter days in the cottage. The house has all the comforts. Good beds, nice shower and the kitchen is spacious. During our stay seen a lot from and learned about the life of a farmer with a dairy farm. The calves and dog petted. The area is beautiful. From the house you can immediately start walking and cycling trips. In short, recommended. Family Addink, Thank you for the hospitality and service.
