Ruiterstok

Op een prachtige plek in het open landschap van het Oldambt in het oosten van de provincie Groningen staat een boerderij uit 1771 van het oudste Oldambster type. De perfecte plek om het Oldambt te ontdekken! Het is een unieke boerderij, de enige nog overgebleven boerderij van dit type in zijn oorspronkelijke vorm. De boerderij is volledig gerestaureerd en er zijn in de boerderij twee luxe gastenverblijven gerealiseerd. De Ruiterstok, modern met oude details, en de Hude in de oude woning.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Groningen Landelijk gelegen natuurhuis nabij stad

Heerlijk ontspannen in deze groene oase nabij de stad Groningen. Compleet ingericht gelijkvloers gastenverblijf voor 2 personen. Je zult het heerlijk vinden om op het overdekte terras onder de druivenstruiken te zitten met een wijntje en een goed boek. De druiven mag je opeten en misschien ligt er wel een courgette of andere groente of fruit voor je klaar uit de kas of moestuin. In het huis is een lekkere grote zitbank en bureau met goede wifi en geweldig uitzicht over de landerijen.

Modern cabin

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

Maar met z’n tweetjes is het natuurlijk ook heerlijk. U kunt u een lekker ontbijt erbij bestellen gemaakt van Groningse streekproducten voor €12,50 per persoon per ochtend.

Dicht bij Groningen. Met eigen ingang, eigen terrasje en een fietsenberging. De ruimte beschikt over een ruim tweepersoonsbed, stapelbed voor 2 personen, complete keuken en eigen badkamer. Het ligt aan vaar-,/zwemwater (kano gratis). Zeer geschikt om de provincie of het Reitdiepdal te verkennen (bv Garnwerd, Winsum - mooiste dorp '20, Zoutkamp).
