My parents had a wonderful stay in Johannes's apartment! It was super clean, well equipped and everything you need was there. The communication with Johannes was super straightforward - he responded quickly and is really very nice. Sincere thanks for the great hospitality. My parents had a great vacation there. Highly recommend!

We stayed with our daughter (4 months) in the accommodation and enjoyed the time very much. Everything is lovingly furnished and every little thing has been thought of. The baby utensils were also helpful for us :) We particularly liked the sauna and the old building flair ☺️ Koblenz is only 20 minutes away.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, there is a nice bed in it and the children's room was very nicely decorated. The only downside was that the children's room does not have blackout curtains. Otherwise very satisfied with our stay.

Super quiet area in a beautiful accommodation. It looked very neat, sleek and tidy. Beautiful spacious shower and clean bathroom. Anika and Karl, are nice host and hostess. If anything comes up, they respond quickly and resolve it right away. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a quiet sleeping location. From here you are also within an hour in both Cochem or Trier.

Top location with a nice terrace. Very good amenities. The landlords live in the basement. Ideal for a family with 2 children. However, since the bedroom upstairs is completely open and has no ventilation, the house is not optimal for 2 couples.

It was excellent at Christian and Katja's. The view is unbeatable and the apartment has been furnished with great care. In addition to the view, the kitchen is also a real eye-catcher, where you really don't miss anything. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back :) Even in the case of minor "complications", Christian was there for us and we were able to find a solution for everything. It was great! The cottage is located in a beautiful landscape that invites you to go on long hikes. We particularly enjoyed the time for breakfast and dinner in the front yard. Markus was a very good host.

Lilein has a big heart for her guests and their pets. The reception was so warm and interesting (excursion tips) that we felt immediately comfortable. The apartment is lovingly designed and has everything you need. The kitchen is excellently equipped incl. Barbecue on the fenced terrace. My dogs didn't want to go in anymore. The surroundings are very quiet and there were many hiking opportunities right outside the door. Everything else (e.g. shopping) was accessible by car from 5 km. This house was amazing, there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay! Very well-equipped kitchen, lots of tips and nicely arranged. Good storage facilities for the purchase of Moselle wines, and or bicycles. The view from the house was wonderful over beautiful Mosel on all floors. Another big plus was that parking with charging facilities for your car is right outside the house. I am happy to recommend this accommodation!

It was a great vacation. I booked the place on very short notice (1 day before check-in). Communication with David was great and there were no problems. The house is beautifully restored. You immediately feel comfortable and have a great view from the balcony.

A super modern house, with a large, very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for every guest! The garden is great, the beds are very comfortable, sufficient parking spaces are available, the bus runs regularly right outside the front door, Torsten and his family as landlords are very nice and easy to reach. We have only two small notes. The house is very noisy, but if you take some consideration, that's not a problem. The room at the top has no door and is directly connected to the spiral staircase, the bathroom is not separated from the rest of the room, the toilet has no additional privacy screen, you have to like it, for us it was ok.

At the beginning of May we stayed here with a group of 7 people and we enjoyed it immensely. The house is beautiful and equipped with every comfort, as is the spacious and well-maintained garden. Everything has been thought of – from an extra gas bottle for the barbecue to warm blankets and a nice sound system. Jochen, who welcomed us warmly and gave a tour, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended for those looking for a relaxing weekend in a quiet and charming village.

Really nice apartment in the centre of Cochem, which is a stunning place to visit. The apartment is lovely with a great terrace to sit out amongst the rooftops and enjoy a coffee in the morning. It's situated in a really quiet part of the town but a short walk brings you into the centre. Alexander was a great host, always on hand to answer questions and went out of his way to make sure everything about the stay was great. Would highly recommend.

This beautiful apartment is perfectly located. You have a clear view of the Moselle and the castle Arras as well as Alf and the whole afternoon and evening the sun on the terrace/balcony. There are plenty of seating options (chairs and loungers). The apartment is quietly located, you have a large parking lot located by the Moselle, but you can also use the existing carport (not suitable for sports cars or for lower vehicles). The residents of the house are all very warm and barely noticeable. Next to the accommodation, you can try/ buy the right Moselle wine directly from winemakers. Numerous restaurants are located in the nearby area. The Edeka is also within walking distance. Bullay is ideal for day trips to the south as well as to the north of the Moselle. We can recommend this listing and look forward to the next stay in Bullay an der Mosel.

We stayed as a family with Kids and Sabine was very helpful throughout. She was proactive and accommodating our needs. The place is super huge, very well maintained and has everything that you would/can hope for!! I can only highly recommend this place for anyone who is visiting this area.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The property is amazing and has everything you need for a holiday. It is spacious, beautiful, very clean and has an outstanding balcony, facing the river and a castle. What more to wish for? The balcony is also located above ground so it gives plenty of privacy. Tom and Tina are super friendly, easy to communicate with, helpful and provide clear instructions and a helpful tour at the start. Recommendations about local restaurants and amenities are also available. If that was not enough, they offer a complimentary bottle of wine from the local winery! Amazing to start a holiday or a weekend like that. Finally, each bank of the Rhein is easily accessible by ferry, which is less than a 5 minute drive from the property, so the location is excellent, whichever part of the river you want to explore. A nice and super neat apartment. The host was super friendly and readily available. Beautiful view, full of comforts, even binoculars to look over the lake ;) The area has a lot of fun things to do and see. Both in the field of culture and nature.

The apartment was clean and well located. We felt comfortable and there was nothing missing. We were very pleased with the amenities. We use the apartment to be close to the Nürburgring. Actually, this is 20 minutes away, due to a major event some streets were closed. However, it was not a problem, the travel time is extended by about 30 minutes.

We felt very comfortable! The kitchen is super equipped and with the dog you are within 2 minutes of the field! The apartment was very clean and cozy. The mattresses were a little hard for us but that's certainly a matter of taste! :-)
