Beachfront home with ocean views and balcony

We are steps away from the most popular beach in NYC in the best location possible. The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. More food/bar options, surfboard rental, the A train, and the Ferry are only a short walk away. In the warmer weather, the balcony is perfect for dinner and drinks. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

We do have short-term rent permit from the OSE. Perfect house if you are looking to get away from the city for a few weeks, you are visiting NYC but don't want to stay in the urban chaos, or just want to treat yourself with a perfect vacation.
