This was a really nice situation considering it is a private room and not an entire unit. Felt like a hotel room. Bathroom inside of room and coffee maker as well. Everything you need in your private room. Cynthia is extremely nice and accommodating host! Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice little place to stay while in town.

We were in town for our mother’s memorial service. This space was perfect for us for the weekend to rest, relax and recharge. The house is incredibly well appointed and was exactly as described. Tiffany left beautiful flowers for us with a note about our mom. Everything about the check in and check out was seamless. Thank you for making a difficult weekend so much more comfortable for my family.

Ob and Mr. Tio were responsive and hospitable. Mr. Tio went above and beyond. Considering staying again for a longer stay. I usually don’t like multiple rentals in one house but Mr. tio’s presence helped me to feel secure.

Executive House for the Masters Golf Tournament

Our custom house is close to The Augusta National Golf course, restaurants, shopping, parks. Also, primary care doctors, dentist, and the hospital nearby. Just a few minutes from I-20 highway and Riverwatch Parkway, under 30 minutes from the airport. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors spaces, the kitchen, breakfast/dining areas, 40ft outdoor swimming pool, the light, the comfy bed, the safe neighborhood. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and big families and groups.

Berkley B Cottage is the perfect getaway for singles/couples looking to explore Aiken SC and surrounding areas. Located right off of historic South Boundary Street, very close to downtown Aiken and its equestrian parks, less than 2 miles. It's also close to Augusta GA, home of the Masters golf tournament. This cottage boasts high end amenities as well as a great neighborhood to take a leisurely walk or bike ride. You can finish the day by relaxing on the open air front porch. No pets.

This is a beautiful townhome...built early 2019. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood convenient to USC-Aiken and downtown shopping/restaurants. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. Beautifully decorated with hardwood flooring, carpet in bedrooms, and granite throughout. Fully stocked kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, etc. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and washer/dryer is also included.

A spacious swimming pool is visible, surrounded by lightly landscaped areas with greenery and a wooden fence in the background. An adjacent covered patio area offers seating options, while a diving board is centered above the calm blue water.

Lovely 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house near the Masters course with plenty of space and plenty to do. Large living room with 100" projector and gaming console so you can watch all your Netflix, Hulu, movies, etc. along with a nice game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table,darts, wet bar and t.v. Spacious deck out back with grill and outdoor furniture. Really a place to just relax when you're not out on the green!
