Located in a quiet residential area, right on the Rothaarsteig, you can start hiking and biking trips directly. The apartment has one bedroom, guest rooms for 2 additional guests, a large bathroom with tub, guest toilet with shower, a living/dining room (with wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can grill and enjoy the sun on the large southeast-facing terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

Die Ferienwohnung mit ebenerdigen Eingang befindet sich am Ende einer ruhig gelegen Sackgasse. Komfortabel und bequem sind unsere Parkplätze direkt auf unserem Hof. Das Teichgelände des Stadtparks, das Schwimmbad, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Metzger haben Sie direkt vor der Haustür und sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Panorama in the open-plan living/cooking area through large window fronts in the kitchen or by the fireplace. Everything is available, from a fully automatic coffee machine to a waffle iron. The upper floor offers three bedrooms with box-spring beds for 6 people. The bathroom has a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Our stylish cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Edersee. From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".
