Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 min.University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located at the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355 m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest property, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200), a desk, a kitchen and a seating area. Towels and a hairdryer are located in the private bathroom.

This spacious apartment is centrally located in the center of St. Martin. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed 140x200 for 2 people. In the separate bedroom there is a box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. This apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
