10日間ほどの滞在でしたが、とてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。 滞在中、ホストの方に幾つか質問をする事がありましたが、素早く回答や対応をいただけました。 毎日の清掃と、ウォーターサーバーの水の補給が、特に有り難かったです。 また、部屋は3つの空間（キッチン+ダイニング、リビング+ベッドルーム、シャワールーム）で分かれ、2人が別の部屋でそれぞれの仕事のWeb会議を行っても、多少の音量コントロールをすれば、干渉せずに快適に会話できました。 キッチンも充実していたので、お米を炊いたり、炒め物をしたり、何度か料理をしました。 ドラム式洗濯機があるので、洗濯や乾燥には困らなかったです。大きめな物干し竿も用意されていました。 帰りは朝早くの出発でしたが、警備員さんに入り口を開けてもらいました。柔軟な対応をありがとうございました。 振り返ると小さな出来事でしたが、少しだけ気になった点は下記の辺り。 ・初日に前の宿泊客の忘れ物が見つかった（清掃漏れ？） ・シーツに小さな破れやシミ ・清掃時間がマチマチで、9時前などにノックされることがある ・清掃時間の希望が、清掃担当に伝わっていないことがある ・食器や調理器具は充実しているが、少し汚れが気になる ・部屋の鍵のパスコードが単純で少し心配（防犯カメラや警備員の滞在などはある） とはいえ、トータルとしてはとても満足度の高い滞在となりました。 旧市街エリアからは30分ほど離れていますが、その分比較的落ち着いており、もう少しローカルなお店などもあり、楽しい街歩きができました。 ポイントを押さえれば、十分な設備とサービスが揃っていると思うので、条件が一致する人にはとてもオススメできる宿です。 ありがとうございました。

I had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to all the buzz, street food, and cultural sights, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. The host was welcoming and responsive and ensuring a smooth check-in. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the heart of Hanoi and feel right at home.

We worked remotely here for 3 weeks and it was great. The apartment is spacious and functional. The internet works perfectly. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking and the bedroom is very comfortable. The location is easily walkable to most points of interest in Hanoi. Phong was very helpful to get us water as we always drink a lot of it. The weekly apartment cleaning was a nice touch. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so make sure before booking this apartment that you are aware of this. We loved the family dinners each week, Phong and Hue are amazing cooks and even better hosts. They were so friendly and helpful the whole time we were there and they made us feel right at home. Thanks for a great stay, we will come back if we return to Hanoi!

Perfect location- in the heart of old town ( with all great local food and attractions) and close to the lake ( very nice for walking). It was quiet in the apparent as it is located a little bit back of the building ( only sometimes I heard neighbors talking loud). The entrance was scary for me ( you have to pass this old hall) but there are automatic lights that helps. Apartment is very simple ( in a good way) and functional. Modern and still with heritage style. You have everything that you need. Outside wc and bathroom ( was not a problem after you get into it)- there were never any insects. Washing-maschine is very handy on holidays with this heat. Beds and mattresses were comfortable what is very important. AirCo work properly.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

We had a great one-night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The place was clean, had strong A/C, and was just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake with plenty to see and do nearby, restaurants, cafes, night markets, and historic spots. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even greeted us in person at check-in, which made us feel very welcome. Perfect spot for a short or long vacation in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Le logement est dans un quartier un peu chic et plus authentique que le « old quartier », proche pour autant , où logent la grande majorité des touristes. Plus calme aussi. La décoration est vraiment élaborée, pensée avec goût, sans doute au reflet de la propriétaire. Les draps et les serviettes sont de qualité, tout est très propre, et on ne manque de rien… Finalement, la musique du bar qui est proche ne nous a jamais dérangée. Certes, il faut sortir de la chambre et traverser le couloir pour aller dans la salle de bain, mais ce n’est pas vraiment gênant. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre, mais c’est fréquent à Hanoi

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

This is an excellent choice for large travelling groups or families. You have a spacious, clean, comfortable 3 story building all to yourselves. Bathrooms on every floor and a functional kitchen area. Air-conditioning on each floor worked wonderfully as each day we were there temps were 30°+. It is located right across from a busy night market so keep in mind that there will be late noise on weekends. We loved our 4 day stay here , even the quirky entrance corridor. Tran is an excellent host and answered all communications within 10 minutes. We recommend this Airbnb.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

Đây là lần thứ 2 mình ở với Lubi. Mình vẫn rất hài lòng 🤗 Studio rất rộng rãi! Mọi thứ đều hoạt động rất tốt. Trong nhà tắm có sẵn bàn chải, kem đánh răng, tăm bông và tất nhiên là khăn tắm cho khách. Về phần vệ sinh : có 1 vài ngăn tủ mình thấy hơi bụi nên ko sử dụng ; tủ lạnh có mùi sầu riêng hơi nặng, mình nghĩ là nên để 1 viên khử mùi trong tủ. Nhìn chung thì studio vẫn sạch sẽ nha. Vị trí của Lubi cực kỳ thuận tiện, chỉ cần đi bộ tầm 10' là đã đến hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Khu vực của Lubi khá yên tĩnh, không ồn ào như phu phố cổ. Đường trước nhà rất rộng rãi, dễ dàng đón taxi. Quá trình check in và check out rất dễ dàng. Châu gần như luôn luôn online và sẵn sàng giúp đỡ qua điện thoại (WA). Thậm chí khi mình hỏi thông tin để thuê xe đi du lịch Ninh Bình hay Cúc Phương thì Châu cũng trả lời ngay lập tức luôn 🥰 Mình đã để lại hành lý ngày cuối cùng ở tầng trệt để đi thăm Hà Nội trước khi lên máy bay. Rất cảm ơn chủ nhà Châu vì tất cả ❤️

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

It’s a gorgeous room in an old French villa, located just few steps from the “Hanoi Hilton”, few other must-visits and some of the best restaurants in town. I rented the room for five nights and the host was always responsive to every inquiries or requests that I had during my stay. Strongly recommended.
