You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay in Sarthe, in the countryside. We are located 2 kilometers from the A28. Recently renovated 40 m² vacation rental with access via a staircase. A living room will welcome you with a fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway will lead you to the BA, toilet and the 2Bd. Private outdoor courtyard to be shared with the owner for a maximum of two vehicles.
