Here you have peace in the countryside, nice people and animals and your children will be thrilled by the great tree house, the trampoline, squirrels and the fireplace. This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. Private entrance. Harbour in 3 minutes, to the beach in 10 minutes., shopping (including organic shop) in 5 minutes. Squirrel station around the corner. Nature hiking trail (Noorwanderweg) by the house. The apartment has NO TV and no wardrobe. WiFi is available.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

The modern 40 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the newly built extension of our residential building and has a light-flooded living room with a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV, as well as a double bed. The kitchenette with dining table is equipped with an oven, ceramic stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

"HOF-LOGIS" in the old town

The small but fine apartment HOF-LOGIS accommodates two people right in the old town of Eckernförde. From there you are a minute's walk to the beach, harbor or directly in the city center, where the small shops of Eckernförde await you. If you travel by bike, you can store it safely and dry in the bike port directly at the apartment.

The cozy duplex apartment was furnished in the winter of 2020. It is located just 50 meters from the beach. It is only about 100 meters. So you are right in the middle of the quiet center of the Baltic Sea resort Eckernförde with a free parking space in the Jungfernstieg 108 parking garage.
