Nice comfortable house with lots of space for us four to chill out for a few days. Having to find parking space for our car was difficult but we managed between side streets and paid carparking which added to the cost of our stay. Overall we were very happy with the house. Thku.

The accommodation is in a quiet area of Louvain-la-Neuve, close to the lake and perfect for relaxing and unwinding after working at the university or anything. The terrace is very nice and it was a wonderful stay to enjoy the calm and advance my academic research.

Too much is too much...but when it's true...! Aged, despite us, the accommodation is perfect. Ideal location, in the historic city center, impeccably like home, basic shops at the door for a short or medium stay for reduced strides, multi-solution parking for a vehicle. And then the Ardennes! as soon as you cross the towns or villages. This first Airbnb contact is a success. Recognition.

We loved staying here. It was right in town. The balcony was huge and nicely set up. The space was nicely laid out to spend time in.

We had a great time! The house is impeccable, very clean, being allergic to dust I had no problems! Mini dishwasher very convenient to leave room for more time to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Accommodation located in the center, consistent with the listing. The patio is pleasant on sunny days and safe for bicycles.

It is a great location to stay with small children. Everything was available, they had the time of their lives. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly furnished. Highly recommended to stay there as a family. Many possibilities in the kitchen, everything was available as in your own home. The rooms under the roof were warm after a day with temperatures of 25 degrees.

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon

Guy and his wife are very relaxed and nice people. We felt welcome right away when we were greeted. There is a railway line and busy road nearby, but due to the location of the house you do not hear anything of it: it is a small oasis of peace. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and all the beauty of the region is easy to reach. We came home completely rested.
