House vacation rentals in Eastham

This property was perfect for our group of 18. Everything was just as described; we wanted for nothing. The Cape Cod coastal vibe is perfect. Joshua was a dream to work with, as he answered my many questions in a timely manner. I'm sure I drove him crazy, but he never let on. The heated salt water pool and game room were favorites. We enjoyed them so much, we canceled an activity or two to enjoy them more. The tennis court was another wonderful well-utilized bonus. No one wanted to sit around on their phones with so much to do on the property, as well as, in the area. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the tub in my room so much, I've already ordered one just like it. They provided shampoo, etc...and even aloe, which too many of us needed. The kitchen was also well stocked with essentials. There were many lovely areas to gather, both for dining and living, but we mostly used the outdoor living spaces. I finished our trip on the porch swing, wishing we had booked one more night.

This house and property were charming and beautiful. The location was extremely close to beaches, restaurants, and stores all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

We have stayed in multiple houses / penthouses throughout the U.S. , however, this home surpassed them all. Jennifer was amazing from the beginning of the booking with answering my questions and went above and beyond to make this special occasion memorable. The house is well equipped! The sounds of birds chirping in the morning , the breeze, and the view of the pond when drinking coffee was so serene. The space in the house was more than I expected with everyone having lots of space to enjoy all the designated areas for playing board games, Video game room( so cool) , reading , watching tv - there was a room for everyone’s enjoyment from our 12 year old, 17, 25, to my 78 year old parents. The well thought out toiletries in every bathroom, spa slippers and robes in each bedroom, ear plugs located by the bedside, laundry room that has labeled racks of beach items and games , kitchen with all its wonderful amenities- I can do on and on. We WILL be back !

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Our stay with Walt was incredible! The place came exactly as described and matched all of the photos. It also had all of the necessary ammenities when hosting large group of 11 people. Plenty of places to sleep, plenty of blankets and towels. Walt was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with when I had questions while we were in his residence. 10/10 would recommend!!

We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and picked Amanda's place because of the close location to a family weekend gathering. It was perfect, I couldn't be happier and will definitely be booking again. We didn't need a lot of the amenities offered due to the proximity of family, but it would be ideal for anyone looking for a clean, cute and cozy beach getaway. I highly recommend!

cute little cottage on a cove with that classic old cape look and feel. Plenty of things to do and great food around! the Ice Cream cafe is fantastic! and really liked friends market. Nauset beach is beautiful and the cape as a whole is lovely as it always has been.

The Penny's House is close to all the beaches, great restaurants and the bike path is accessible via the back of the property which we loved. Her house is beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware you needed to make family dinners together. My family was very comfortable with out stay here! Cozy , creatively decorated, and historical. Being feet from the water is a very nice way to wake up and end your day sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee and a book. Many high quality items in the cottage. Kitchen well stocked with the right tools. Good shower with nice water pressure. Clean. My two adult children and I had our own space with beautiful views. Nature right there and beautiful nature close by. Wellfleet a nice town with a good market and good restaurants. Would love to go back again and again. Thanks for a memorable and inspired week.

A beautiful old house with all the modern amenities, on a dead-end road in a quiet area, but easy access by car to Provincetown restaurants , grocery store, galleries, etc, plus ocean side and bay side beaches, National Seashore woods and ponds - everything we love the Cape for. Furnished with very comfortable beds and beautiful antiques. We were there over Thanksgiving, so the fireplace was great - very easy to light a fire and maintain it. (Buy wood at the Stop & Shop in P-town.) Very well-equipped kitchen - easy for the whole family to pitch in on cooking a full turkey dinner. In the summer, the huge screened-in area would be delightful. Maria is super, super-responsive. Met her brother too, who grew up sleeping in the downstairs bedroom.

Loved the location, central to everything in Cape Cod. Private, clean, well stocked kitchen and supplies, fast WiFi, well written instructions and recommendations by host on their website. Just be aware, if you use the supplied towels and bed sheets that you will need to wash, dry and fold everything before checking out at 10am. Easy enough for my stay, as I only used one bed but it would have been a stretch to get out at a reasonable time if I had more than one set of bed sheets to clean.

We had the best time in Orleans. The house is great - amazing location (close drive to the beach, shops, and other towns on the Cape), the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and good storage in the bedroom closet and bathroom. The sunlight in the kitchen / living room is fantastic. Quiet neighbors and not much traffic. Washer / dryer is a huge plus! Printed guides for the house and the area were very helpful. Perfect for a couple or solo vacation. We will be back!!

Place was great - clean and roomy for 5 people. We are familiar with Eastham/Orleans - perfect location for us - 15 minutes from national seashore, Provincetown and Hyannis close by. House had everything we needed and great fire pit and backyard- definitely will rent again.

Perfect quiet getaway - tucked inland along rail trail. Nice deck for morning yoga or night time tea by the fireplace. Grill was newer and worked well. Pull out wasn’t uncomfortable! Location was what we wanted but there is need to drive to other areas/the beach.

This was a great stay—clean, organized, and very relaxing. The hot tub was a perfect touch, and the location was convenient, about 35 minutes from Cape Cod Mall.

Great stay! The home was clean. The home is well equipped and it is clear that great thought went into making sure that guests have everything they need during their stay. The location is excellent! A short bike ride to the CCRT, and the beaches are a short drive away. A 5-minute walk to Stop-n-Shop, and several good restaurants are also close by. All in all, I would recommend this place highly and would definitely stay here again.

Great beach access via the stairs! Check the tide tables, the beach really expands and contracts with the tide. Great spot to spend a quiet weekend enjoying the beach.

Our family visited Cape Cod for the second time this year, and booked our stay at The French 75 Cape House. We were so glad we did! The house was perfectly sized for our family of 5, and honestly could have fit a few more people comfortably! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, walking the neighborhood with our dog, and the close proximity to Nauset Light House Beach. The house is located centrally on the Cape, so we had an easy time getting anywhere we needed to go. Frederique was responsive to any questions we had. We couldn't find a beach umbrella, and he wrote immediately letting us know where in the house it was located. When we got to the end of our stay, my wife wanted to stay longer- and Frederique was even able to make that happen for us! Looking forward to more visits in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful Airbnb managed by Vacasa in Massachusetts, and it was an exceptional experience. The location was perfect, offering stunning views that were truly breathtaking. The proximity to nearby beaches made it even more enjoyable, allowing for quick and easy access to relaxing seaside outings. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and provided all the comforts of home. The serene environment and picturesque surroundings created a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty and charm of Eastham.

Jennifer’s place was a perfect getaway for our family (my husband and I with our two kids, ages 12 and 9). We could easily get to the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is less than a mile, and there’s a beautiful beach a short walk in the other direction. Even though it was April, there was still a ton to do in this area — but mostly we all wanted to hang out on the sunny deck, in the hammock, or play endless games of basketball and knockout on the court. The house is stocked with playing balls and gear. Inside, everything is wonderful, too. Rooms are well appointed and pretty (with nice shades), den is cozy, kitchen is easy to use and squeaky clean. My husband had a work issue come up and he made use of the little office room behind the garage. Jennifer answered any question quickly and was kind and gracious. This place is a gem!
