On the second floor of the house, a loft has been converted. Everything is there, full and private kitchen and bathroom. Small balcony overlooking the church steeple and the village. The displayed price is for 2 people. If you want to have the office/bedroom you must enter number of people 3 to get the adjusted price. You can also add this extra once you arrive. Looking for a quiet and affordable place to drop off to refocus, create, get some air or just sleep? My cozy little studio is located in the mountains, in the middle of a flower garden, with access to a lake, hiking trails and a bike path. In winter, you are very close to ski slopes and an ice rink. PLEASE NOTE: The house is in the mountains and there is a stone staircase to climb to access it.

My place is close to three major ski areas including Sunday River in Bethel. Grafton Notch state park is only 15 miles away and the Appalachian trail passes through Andover in two locations. There are trails for hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile or horseback riding. There are places to fish, swim, canoe or kayak all within a short drive. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.
