Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Eastern Thailand

The place itself and the apartment exceeded all my expectations. Great location (sea across the street, close to everything you need from a shop and cafe, motorbike rental and laundry) nearby. The apartment is in excellent condition, everything you need is there, clean. The hostess is very friendly, answered all questions, helped with advice. Two great saltwater pools (a large swimming pool on the Grand Blue property, which you can use, we lay there on the sun loungers and went swimming across the street and the infinity pool on the rooftop of our Condo, which worked around the clock, we bathed in it at night). I definitely recommend this apartment! The place itself is quiet, peaceful, the perfect family getaway! ❤️😍😘

Stayed a week with my wife and our (big) dog. Frankie was an awesome communicator, quick to reply to any message or query. When we arrived Frankie met us as soon as we got out of the car, huge smile and ensuring that we were ok. Frankie and Lek were super responsive to our dog, big pats and big smiles. We had a heap of bags and Frankie and Lek immediately helped to carry them up the single flight of stairs. When we got to the room, wow, so beautifully presented, clean and airy, lots of room and everything we could possibly need. The apartment is fresh and presents as new, easy to make yourself very comfortable! We couldn’t believe how clean our room would be after being made up by Lek, it was as if we had never been there! I highly recommend Asia Apartments and comment Frankie on presenting such well presented and affordable accommodation. Just a short walk to the beach, local markets and 2 7/11’s down the road, as well as so many restaurant choices! We will definitely stay again!

This is the best place to stay. Next time I visit Pataya, I'll choose this place again. There are many local restaurants around, and it's convenient to have a Bixi Mart. I was able to check in comfortably, and I was able to live comfortably with detailed explanations. Everything was as pictured, and especially with the luxury bed, I was able to sleep comfortably. It was also convenient that they provided a coffee machine and coffee for free. Fridge, washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc. Everything was provided. This is the best place to stay.

Overall it was good. The price was cheap. Amenities are great. There is everything, but I need a little more cleaning.

Everything went great withAndrew and the apartment was as described. Andrew responded quickly to the message and even arranged a coffee maker for us that wasn't originally in the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy, and in a great location. All in all, there is nothing but good things to say about staying at Andrewn's apartment. We will surely use Andrewn's apartment again!

There's a lot of food around and you can walk. It's easy to get anywhere because Seongtaewoo passes by. The pool is great. The host is responsive and kind.

The host should be Russian, the people are very welcoming, the check-in environment is nice, the surrounding is quiet, the staff is also very good, there is a problem to solve it at any time, go out to the beach for a few minutes, you can take a double car to Pattaya Walking Street or Jomtien Beach, transportation is very convenient.In particular, you can get to Pattaya to Su-Nawampo, which is 10 minutes away.The pharmacy near the accommodation is more affordable than other places, there are 711 and night market outside, the accommodation is worth recommending, great value for money.

Great stay … simple clean and close to everything. Perfect distance from the chaos and a very good price. Can’t beat this deal will definitely consider this place again.

The place is in the middle of everything on bike. What I really liked is that the the room stays cool enough even when ac turned off.

Enjoyed my stay, it is a very nice condo with a beautiful view and nice shower. The host was very pleasant. I was taken back a bit after checkout. Not only did I not receive my 3000 baht deposit, I had to pay an additional 1200 baht for “electric usage”. Not sure if airBNB differs country to country but I have never had to pay any additional fee for electricity. Nevertheless, overall it was a great experience. Just would like more clarity on additional fees prior to booking. 4200 baht is excessive.
